The Legal Resource Centre of Alberta Ltd. (operating as the Centre for Public Legal Education Alberta “CPLEA”), is a non-profit organization that helps people understand the law affecting their everyday lives. We develop plain language online tools, publications, and presentations to help people recognize and respond to their legal rights and responsibilities.

This website is part of CPLEA’s Housing Law Information Project.  The Alberta Real Estate Foundation provides generous funding for this project..
