FAQ – Does a landlord have to do something about loud tenants?

Loud tenants may be interfering with the rights of the other tenants. One of the obligations of a landlord is to ensure that all tenants are able to peacefully enjoy their property. Tenants should inform their landlord about loud tenants in writing. A landlord must respond to complaints received from other tenants and make attempts to resolve the issue to ensure no one’s rights are being breached.
