One of the obligations of a landlord is to allow a tenant peaceful enjoyment of the rented property. ‘Peaceful enjoyment’ of the premises does not mean literally that your landlord guarantees that the property will be quiet or peaceful. It means that your landlord will not interfere with your ability to live in and enjoy the property.
