Time of Inspection
Your landlord must give you two opportunities to attend inspections by suggesting two different days that are not holidays. The law says that the inspection can take place between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. The landlord can state that the inspection will go ahead on the second suggested day, if it does not occur on the first suggested day.
If you refuse to take part in an inspection on either of the suggested days, the landlord must record this fact in the inspection report. If it is really impossible for you to be at the inspection, it will be important for you to thoroughly check the report that you receive from the landlord. Any areas of disagreement should be discussed with the landlord and clearly marked on the report.
