• Landlord and Tenant Advisory Boards LTABs can provide information, answer questions, mediate disputes, educate and provide form (such as tenancy agreements, notices and inspection reports).
• Service Alberta Consumer Contact Centre Service Alberta can answer questions and investigate offenses under the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Legal Advice These services are available to help you find a lawyer and access subsidized legal advice.
• Alberta Health Services Can investigate complaints relating to public health (such as rental properties that are not kept in a safe and sanitary condition).
• Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service The RTDRS is an alternative to the Alberta Provincial Court. Tenants and landlords can make applications for various remedies.
